ATM - Available starting Thursday, September 6th .
ATM will be located in Paddock near the Souvenir Super Store.

PADDOCK OPENING HOURS:
Tuesday, September 4th – opens at 12:00 noon
Wednesday, September 5th – opens at 7:00am
Thursday,
September 6th – opens at 7:00am
Friday,
September 7th – opens at 6:00am

TEAM – PARTICIPANT – WORKER GATE:
•
York Road Entrance, open from 6:00am – 8:00am, Thursday, Sept.
6th – Sunday, Sept. 9th
•
All personnel must have valid event credential.
•
Vehicle parking passes must be displayed.
•
SPECTATOR GATES:
• Hwy 68;
Barloy Canyon and South Boundary all open at 7:00am.
•
EXIT TRAFFIC:
• Exit
traffic will be routed out through South Boundary on Thursday, September
6th and both South
Boundary and Barloy Canyon on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

No dogs allowed in Paddock.
·
NO OVERNIGHT CAMPING ALLOWED IN PADDOCK.
For camping information and reservations, call the Laguna Seca
Raceway ticket office at 1-800-327-SECA prior to race weekend.
·
Selling or displaying of items (i.e. T-shirts, sunglasses,
vehicles, etc.) in the Team Paddock area is NOT allowed
and will not be tolerated. Please
contact Laguna Seca Raceway office to receive information on vendor
opportunities.
·
Sanctioned/Promoter Test Day Thursday, September 6th.
Schedule and price list to follow.

Fuel station will be open on Thursday, September 6th and
throughout the weekend.
Prices
(subject to change):
ERC 110 leaded Race - $5.50 per gallon
ERC 110 Unleaded Race - $5.50 per gallon
Shell 92 unleaded - $2.25 per gallon

Food Pavilion will be open starting Wednesday, September 5th
at 7:00am. All additional
food vendors will be open as of Friday, September 7th.
·
Over crew passes are $100.00 each. (3-day general admission &
paddock access and includes limited pit lane access).
Over crew passes can be purchased at Registration/Will Call.
·
If you leave the paddock on a motorcycle or scooter you must wear
a helmet.
Registration/Will
Call: This is located at
the Embassy Suites at 1441 Canyon Del Rey, Seaside, (see-enclosed map). Photo ID is required to pick up any pass or ticket held at
Registration/Will Call.

SHIPMENTS: All
shipments, Federal Express, UPS, etc. can be found at the Southwest
corner of the Concessions Building at the back paddock.

Please note that the last day to place any team orders for extras
(see attached price list) will be Friday,
August
10th. After this deadline, there will be a 40% surcharge on all orders.
