At 2:38, car #2-P Audi R8 (overall leader) spun and continued at turn 3, contact with #44-GTS Dodge Viper GTS-R, loosing the lead to car #51-P Panoz LMP-1 Roadster S.
At 2:40, car #44-GTS Dodge Viper GTS-R into the pits. Front tires and fuel, no driver change.

At 2:41, car #4-GTS Chevrolet Corvette C5-R (Collins) has hit the wall coming out of the last turn (NASCAR 4) with heavy damage to the car. The driver is out of the car and OK. From the in-car camera the car just jumped to one side and then lost control hitting the wall, apparently from a tire or right rear wheel failure.

At 2:41, full course yellow.

At 2:44, car #44-GTS Dodge Viper GTS-R into the pits, was not allowed to stop since the pits were closed, and drove on through.
