The second day of official practice for the Superflo 12 Hours at Sebring, Presented by Dodge finds a new pole sitter in the GTS class.  The time for the #3-GTS Chevrolet Corvette C5-R was disallowed owing to the car being under weight. Provisionally the #26-GTS Saleen S7R driven by Terry Borcheller is now the GTS pole sitter with a time of 2:00.552.

At 9:15, green flag
At 9:29, car #34-GT Porsche 911 GT3 RS into the pits, smoking. The team reports oil leaking on the header pipe.

At 9:45, 30 minutes remaining, top three in class: #2-P Audi R8 - 1:51.842, #38-P Audi R8 - 1:52.251, #18-P Audi R8 - 1:52.498; #26-GTS Saleen S7R - 2:01.744, #4-GTS Chevrolet Corvette C5-R - 2:02.727,  #3-GTS Chevrolet Corvette C5-R  - 2:04.462; #23-GT Porsche 911 GT3-RS - 2:08.133, #22-GT Porsche 911 GT3-RS - 2:08.333, #10-GT BMW M3 - 2:08.853; #11-P675 Lola B2K/40/Nissan - 2:03.928.

At 9:45, car #09-GT Porsche 911 GT3 R spun and continued at turn 9.
At 9:47, car #47-GT Porsche 911 GT3 R slowing on course, makes it back to the pits.
At 10:04, car #18-P Audi R8 sets the fastest lap in practice with a 1:51.407.
At 10:10, car #26-GTS Saleen S7R lowers the fastest time in class to 2:00.340 (better than the current pole time).
At 10:12, car #2-P Audi R8 sets the fastest lap in practice with a 1:50.824.
At 10:15, checkered flag.

The #77-P675 Lola B2K/40/Porsche has been withdrawn from the race after failing to pass technical inspection.
