At 12:41, the team for the #42-GT BMW M3 GTR is reporting the drivers are battling a heat problem. The V8 is generating more heat and there is no driver cooling system on board.

At 12:43, car #26-GTS Saleen S7R into the pits to tape the broken rear bodywork. Loses the class lead to  #4-GTS Chevrolet Corvette C5-R.
