Amendment to Post-Race Press Release - ELMS Estoril 1000 km

Brackley, UK, Tuesday 17th July 2001:  In our post-race press release issued on the evening of Sunday 15th July it was stated that "the race stewards excluded Pescarolo Sport from the results after a protest from Johansson Racing".  This was incorrect.  The decision to investigate the incident was solely at the discretion of the Stewards of the  Meeting and did not involve a third party protest.
