"Downtown Dallas Parade of Motorsports"
The colorful transporters used by many of the sports car racing teams that will be competing in this weekend's Leather Center Grand Prix of Texas at Texas Motor Speedway will parade through Downtown Dallas Wednesday afternoon (February 28) on their way to the speedway.
Electronic and print media are invited to tape or photograph the parade.
LOCATION: Transporters will stage at Dallas Convention Center, 650 Griffin Street. Parade route will be along Young Street, and then north out of the city and to the speedway.
TIME: Transporters will stage at 2:30 p.m. and depart at 3 p.m.
